CURTIS M. PONTZ, ESQ.
Prior to his retirement in 2001, Curtis Pontz served as Assistant Vice President and Director of Compliance Programs, as well as Associate General Counsel, of Saint-Gobain Corporation, the holding company for the North American-based businesses of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, Paris, France, which include CertainTeed Corporation in Valley Forge, PA.

Prior to joining CertainTeed in 1975, he served for four years as Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Department of Justice.

Mr. Pontz holds a B.S. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a law degree from Temple University.  He is a recipient of CertainTeed's President's Award of Excellence.
