Don is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was employed by the Rohm and Haas Company for over 40 years. His entire career with Rohm and Haas was in chemical process technology.

During this time he held managerial and leadership positions in manufacturing, engineering, and corporate technology. He played a key role in the establishment of the company's Process Development Network.
