Ozlem Erim holds a BSEE from Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey and an MBA in Decision Sciences from Drexel University. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the quality management field. She has initiated, implemented, and improved systems based on ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QS 9000, and ISO 13485 standards. After working at all levels of several multinational companies, she has started her own business providing quality consulting.

She teaches statistics courses. She is a member of ASQ and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
