Mr. Edwards has eleven years (11) years experience as an adjunct professor at local universities teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in the following subjects:

• Engineering Management
• Financial Management
• Engineering Economy
• Problems in Engineering Administration

Mr. Edwards experience with drexel University includes face-to-face classroom instruction as well as interent delivered distance learning courses. Mr. Edwards has experience developing and teaching courses using WebCT internet technology.

Mr. Edwards was also responsible for the rocket propulsion lecture of the GE Advanced Course in Engineering "B Course" at AstroSpace Division (now part of LMCO).

Mr. Edwards is employed at Met-Pro Corporation in Harleysville, PA. Mr. Edwards is the Technical Director of the corporation and is responsible for product and technology development. Prior to this position, Mr. Edwards was the Vice President and General Manger of the Systems Division, which designs, fabricates, and commissions capital projects for industrial customers throughout the world.
