Mr. James Breen is an experienced executive in leading international and domestic owner engineering organizations in a variety of industries - consumer, electronic, real estate and pharmaceutical/biotechnology. He is experienced in working with both internal and external partners to implement solutions per business objectives.

Mr. Breen is a goal oriented leader posessing excellent communication and technical skills. He has a well-developed ability to assess, adapt and implement steps necesary to maximize the effectiveness of technical organizations.

His work experience includes acting as a Vice President of Worldwide Engineering, a director of project management, and a manager of Engineering and Construction for Johnson & Johnson, as well as several positions at General Electric Company, culminating in a position as the Program Manager for the Asia Region.

Mr. Breen's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, in Hoboken, NJ, an MBA in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and an Executive Masters Degree in Engineering Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in Philadelphia, PA. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia and Alabama, and has a Green belt in Six Sigma.
