EGMT 650-Systems Engineering Leadership

This course will explore concepts related to effective leadership as related to the practice of systems engineering.  The course will include models related to sustainable, high performance and topics related to living, learning, effectiveness, power, influence, networking, and systems thinking.  There will be an emphasis on developing systems thinking skills.  On completion of the course, the student will have an enhanced awareness of the attributes of an effective leader in a systems environment.
